LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT SIGNS
LED light rail signs can be located at the light rail transit (LTR) station to alert pedestrians and motorists when a light rail train is approaching as well as at transit grade crossings where the LTR tracks cross a roadway to warn pedestrians and motorists of the approaching train. The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) recommends R15 and W10 Series Railroad and Light Rail signs to supplement other traffic control devices at highway-rail crossings.

Trans-Tech's signs are designed to illuminate a message or image when activated and blankout the message or make the message disappear when deactivated. LED lite rail signs can also be designed to flash and emit an audio alarm when the message is activated.
Our sign messages can be designed to comply with MUTCD layouts or our staff of graphic artists can create a message layout to your specifications. We engineer our products with high-performance LEDs for superior readability in all lighting conditions and design them to withstand harsh weather conditions. All Trans-Tech products are manufactured in the U.S.A. and comply with the Buy American Act provisions in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
