W10-7 LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT VEHICLE APPROACHING, BLANK-OUT, NEMA 4X CABINET
The Light Rail Transit Vehicle Approaching Sign is a MUTCD compliant design with a visual opening of 24" x 24"(other sizes available). Outside cabinet dimensions are 30" x 30" x 5"D. The sign is designed with direct-view, super-bright, narrow viewing angle LEDs for optimal viewing in a roadway application. When illuminated the light rail symbol displays in amber LEDs; the message blanks out when off. The sign features automatic photo-dimming which adjusts the message brightness to the ambient lighting conditions.
It is housed in a NEMA-4X rated, corrosion resistant cabinet with welded seams; optional visor available. The cabinet features a continuous hinged door; tool-less, stainless-steel locking clamps; and a 1/4" impact resistant polycarbonate face.
