Trans-Tech signs and signals for the parking and traffic control industries are designed and constructed with the highest quality of material and workmanship. We take pride in the excellence of products and support them with a five-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship.

For damaged shipments involving UPS, please keep the original packaging and notify us for an RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete. If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged good directly to the factory without first receiving approval. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment.
